Potters Bar on the old Gt. Nth. Rd., A1, but now renumbered A1000. Frank

- Cock o' the North pub. Where and does
it exist? (Cock O' The North, Great North Road, Bel Bar, Hatfield,
Herts / This pub did indeed exist (at least during the 40's,'50s and
60's) at Bell Bar, Hatfield and was situated next to "Brunt's
Coaches" garage. Frank Everett) (The Cock o' the North is still
going strong, and is still a Mac's pub. McMullen's Brewery. Hertford.
